The album’s title track bridges reggae and 20th century art music, specifically concepts inspired by Hungarian composer Béla Bartók (1881-1945) in conversation with a driving, four-on-the-floor reggae groove. Special guest clarinetist Cory Wright joins in a swirling duet with trumpeter Max Miller-Loran.
